Submit Your Max Bid

Tell us your maximum. We bid on your behalf.

Click 'Bid Request' on any vehicle and submit your maximum bid amount. Our team reviews it, contacts you via WhatsApp or email to confirm, then registers and places the bid at the live auction. You are never committed until you confirm with us.

✓ What to expect: We contact you within 24–48 hours of receiving your bid request.
4

Win & Pay Invoice

Pay within 48 hours of winning the auction.

If your bid wins, Copart/IAAI issues an invoice. We forward it to you with our service fee included. Payment is due within 48 hours. We accept bank transfers. After payment, we take title of the vehicle on your behalf.

✓ What to expect: Invoice sent within 2 hours of auction close. Payment window: 48 hours.
5

We Arrange Shipping

Ground transport + ocean freight to your port.

Once paid, we arrange ground transport from the auction yard to the nearest export port (typically Houston or New Jersey). From there, the vehicle is loaded onto an RoRo vessel bound for Lagos (Apapa) or Cotonou. Marine insurance is arranged on your behalf.

✓ What to expect: Ocean transit takes 3–5 weeks depending on destination port.
6

Receive Your Vehicle

Customs cleared. Ready for you at the port.

Our clearing agent in Nigeria or Benin handles all port documentation and customs clearance. You pay customs duties directly to the agent. Once cleared, you can collect the vehicle at the port or arrange inland transport.

✓ What to expect: Clearing typically takes 5–10 working days after vessel arrival.
